Don and Aleta Rhone, originally natives of New Orleans, relocated to Tampa in 1991 with 3 of their now 4 children.

While in New Orleans, Don served as the Men’s Pastor in the church they attended. With a heart for and focus on marriage and the family, Don and Aleta were later recognized as an excellent relationship coaching team.

For years the Rhones have devoted themselves to studying God's Word and serving His people in any, and almost every capacity assigned. After moving to Florida, they continued to faithfully serve in their local church as lay leaders, Sunday school teachers, and district life group directors. Don and Aleta reached out or interacted with almost everyone who entered the church doors.

In 2005 Don and Aleta were called to their life-giving destiny of pastors. Don was recognized and ordained a minister by Pastor Burnard Scott and Elder Randy Delf of the Life Church of Tampa. Their journey led them to be pastors and founders of The Meeting Place Worship Center where they served for 5 years.

In 2010 Pastor Don and Aleta became affiliated with ARC (Association of Related Churches) and again, both were recognized and ordained by the 12th fastest growing church in America, Bayside Community Church, in Bradenton, Fl., and Pastor Randy Bezet.

Now the epic journey continues, rebirthing what once was The Meeting Place Worship Center of Tampa, into the life-giving Bridge of the Bay Community Church in Riverview Florida.
